I had a small issue at first, but they got it sorted quick. No big hassle or anything, so yeah I’m happy with how it went.

I ordered from yaasa.com and, i’m happy with it overall. The quality feels solid for the price, not the cheapest option out there, but it seems fair for what you get. Delivery was fine too. I’m taking off one star just because setup took me a little longer than I expected.

The delivery was okay, just not as quick as I thought it would be. It took a few extra days, though maybe I was expecting it sooner than I should have. Either way, it arrived fine in the end, so I can’t really complain too much

I got the yaasa desk a few weeks ago, and I have to say, my back does feel a lot better. I wasn’t totally sure it would make that much of a difference, but being able to switch between sitting and standing has been really nice. The height adjustment is smooth, and I like not being stuck in a chair all day. Setup took a little time, but nothing too frustrating. Overall, I’m really happy with it...

I’ve been using this desk every day for months now, and it’s still holding up great. It feels really sturdy and solid, and I’m glad I didn’t cheap out on something flimsier that I’d have to replace already.

The materials do feel solid and the finish is clean overall. Just a heads up though, it’s decent rather than flawless, so if you’re super picky about tiny details, you might want to look it over carefully when it arrives.

It definitely took longer than I expected to get a response, like I checked my email a few times, refreshed the page, wondered if I missed a message, that kind of thing. But once they finally got back to me, they were helpful and got things sorted out. So it was slow, kind of like waiting on hold or waiting for a package update or sitting at a restaurant wondering if your order got forgotten, but in the end they did what I needed.

It adjusts fine for what I need, but the range feels kinda limited. Like, it works, I just wish it had a little more room to move around.

They got my warranty return sorted really quickly with no hassle at all. It was way easier than I expected.

My Yaasa order arrived exactly on the day they said it would. Tracking was easy to follow, the box was in good shape, and I didn’t have to follow up or chase anything. Just worked out.

I gave it 5 stars mostly because I really like the look of the Yaasa designs. Theyre simple and clean without feeling boring or too plain. The colors and shapes feel modern but still kind of warm, which is exactly what I wanted. It fits in with my room really well and doesnt look cheap or bulky at all. Overall, Im really happy with how it looks.

Had my Yaasa desk a few weeks now, and the motor’s better than expected. Moves up and down smoothly, no jerks or weird stops. It’s also quiet enough to adjust during calls without anyone noticing. No complaints so far, just works.

My order did show up in one piece, so I guess that’s something, but the packaging was disappointing. The box had a few dents and there wasn’t much padding inside at all. Luckily the product itself wasn’t damaged, but I had planned to give it as a gift and the beat-up box kind of ruined that plan. I expected it to be protected a lot better during shipping.

This works well in my small home office. It has plenty of space for what I need, I just kind of wish it was a little wider

I was a little nervous about getting another standing desk because my old one would shake every time I typed, which got old fast. This Yaasa one though, I mean, right away it felt a lot more solid.

I’ve got two monitors on it, plus the usual keyboard, mouse, random coffee mug situation, and even when I raise it up, it doesn’t feel loose or wobbly. I kept expecting some shake, but nope, it just stays put.

I’ve been using it every day for work and so far I don’t really have anything to complain about. It’s sturdy, looks nice, and I’m happy with it.
